These terms apply to your use of the public Serve ITSM marketing website. They do not create a software subscription, Managed IT agreement, service-level commitment or customer support entitlement. Those require a separate written contract.
Using this website
You may browse and share links to public pages for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure, or submit unlawful, harmful or confidential information through a public enquiry.
Information and demonstrations
Website descriptions, demonstrations and prices are general information. Interface demonstrations may be illustrative. Availability, integrations, security controls, scope, prices, taxes and delivery dates are confirmed in a written proposal or contract. Nothing on this website is a promise that a feature is available in every deployment.
Intellectual property and third-party sites
The Serve ITSM brand, website design, text and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or privacy practices.
Availability and liability
We may update, suspend or withdraw website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Other liability terms must be agreed in a signed contract and reviewed for the relevant customer.
