Software licence terms

This page is a plain-language overview, not the operative licence grant. The signed order, subscription agreement and any service schedule control the licence, deployment, fees and support that apply to each customer.
Hosted service
A hosted subscription is intended to grant the customer’s authorised users access to the ordered SERVE service during the subscription term, within the contracted agent tier and acceptable-use boundaries. Hosting, backups, AI availability, support and service levels are included only where the signed order says so.
Self-hosted licence
A self-hosted perpetual core licence is limited to the agreed organisation, deployment and agent tier. “Perpetual” describes the licence duration only; it does not itself promise ongoing maintenance, updates, hosting, support, AI services or third-party dependencies. Exact rights and any transfer, audit, maintenance or termination rules belong in the signed licence.
Restrictions and ownership
Except to the extent permitted by law or expressly authorised in writing, customers must not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, circumvent security controls or use the software to provide an unauthorised service to third parties. The customer retains its data; the software and its underlying intellectual property remain with their respective owners.
AI and third-party services
AI features, models, integrations and third-party services may have separate availability, usage limits and terms. Do not send personal or confidential information to an AI feature unless the customer has approved its configuration and applicable data terms.

No licence is granted by merely viewing this website. Contact info@serveitsm.com for a written proposal and the complete contract pack. Onboarding is handled separately after the relevant order is agreed.
