Acceptable use policy

Use the website and any contracted SERVE service lawfully, securely and in line with your organisation’s authority. Contractual service-specific policies take precedence where they are more detailed.
You must not
Use the service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, probe systems without authorisation, interfere with availability, evade access controls or attempt to access another customer’s data. Do not upload credentials or sensitive data to public website forms.
Authorised administration
Use administrative, automation, remote-access and AI capabilities only when authorised by the relevant organisation, within approved scope, and with appropriate change control. You remain responsible for reviewing generated guidance and confirming actions before execution.
Reporting concerns
Report suspected vulnerabilities or misuse to info@serveitsm.com. Registered customers should use their contracted support route for service incidents.
Enforcement
We may investigate credible security reports and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect people, systems or data, subject to the applicable contract and law.
